Anuraga karikkin vellam review

Anuraaga Karikkin Vellam, the Malayalam movie was released today. Eventhough the move is directed by a debutant the move jad great expectation value, probably it is due to the presence of Biju Menon and Asha Sarath. Both Biju Menon and Asha Sarath are consodered to be the finest artists in the Industry. And Biju Menon. Has always surprised us with his performance.

Anuraaga Karikkin Vellam is the debut directorial venture of Khalid Rahman. ABCD fame Naveen Bhaskar had written the screenplay of this movie and it was produced by August Cinemas owned by Prithvraj Sukumaran, Santhosh Sivan, Arya and Shaji Nadeshan. The movie os locking horns with the Megastar Mammootty starrer Kasaba and this has really affected the performance of the movie .

The story of this film revolves around the characters played by Asif Ali and Biju Menon. Biju Menon played the father character of Asif Ali in this movie and Asha Sharath playing his mother character. Biju Menon playing a police officer named Reghu and Asha Sharath is his wife Suma. Abhilash is their son who is an engineering graduate in Architecture. He is yet to find a permanent job and he is in a relationship with a girl named Elizabeth. But Abhilash finds her extra care for him irritating and break up with her for that reason. Elizabeth was in no mood to break up with him and she tries her best to hold him back.

At the same time his father Reghu accidently saw his past lover and wanted to say sorry to her for what he did to her years before. He tries to get her contact number and some interesting twists happens at that time in his life and from there on the movie moves forward showing us the life of both father and son.

Khalid Rahman has assisted major directors of Mollywood like Anwar Rasheed and it seems that he has learned thongs from them the movie is nicely crafted. Final Verdict: Anuraga Karikkin Vellam is a Feel Good movie and it is good to see that the film focises on the FATHER-SON relation.
