Saira Banu is a postwoman The film unfolds as Saira Banu discovers that her son gets trapped in a legal hassle. teh rest of the story flows as how amiddle class woman helps her son to fight agains the powerful peoples in the society.
The film is the story of Saira Banu and her son Joshua Peter, Joshua Peter is plaed by Kismath fame Shane Nigam. The mother and son are more like buddies and leads a happy life, When Joshua said he wants to pursue his passion there occurs a clash between the ideas of the mother and son. Joshua storms out from home and unfortunately lands in a legal hassle. The first half of the film narrates the beautiful relation between the mother and son. The first half is refreshing and energetic. The movie gets more interesting once the story line gets serious. The second half is interesting and will make you glued to your seats. Amala Akkineni plays an advocate in the film and has done a great job.
The actress has made a comeback to the Malayalam Film after 25 years. Manju Warrier`s acting skills is appreciable especially in some emotionals scenes in the movie the actress has brilliantly executed the emotions. Shane Nigam has also done a decent job in the film. The film has music by Mejjo Joseph and the music was also good. FINAL VERDICT: A must watch Family Drama.
