Mohenjo Daro Movie Review

Mohenjo Daro was the much anticipated Hrithik starrer movie. The pre historic movie directed by Ahsutosh Gowariker has hit the screens. The movie stars Hrithik Roshan, Pooja Hegde, Kabir Bedi, Arunoday Singh, Nitish Bardwaj, Manish Chaudhary in leads. Ashutosh Gowariker is the director who has gifted the Indian Cinema the films Lagaan and Mohenjo Daro and when he came up with Mohenjo Daro people believed that it would be anoter feather in his hat. The film is set in Mohenjo Daro of the Indus Valley Civilization. The film when compared to the earlier films of Ashitosh Gowariker is not that good. Hrithik plasy a poor indigo farmer Sarman who is living iin the resident village of Samri of the Sindh Province has a strong wish to go the neighbouring town Mohenjo-Daro, which is a forbidden town, (This may remind you of Bahubali). We have seen enough of a man entering a town, revealing the secrets of the town and finally saving the city from an evil ruler, Mohenjo Daro is also the same story. The movie doesnt get is thrilled and merely can be said as a one time watch. The people behind the movie seems to have put a lot of hardwork to create the ancient civilisation look, the costume, the antiques everything and they must be well appreciated for that. A R Rahman has once again provedus why he is called a legendary musician with his works in the movie. FINAL VERDICT: The new version of the same old story of A Hero Rescuing the City
